WELDPRO-4.0
RF (radio frequency) welding, is also known as dielectric sealing or HF (high frequency) welding, is the process of fusing materials together by applying radio frequency energy to the area to be joined. The resulting weld can be just as strong as the original materials.
WELDPRO-4.0 is designed for welding thermoplastics such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride), EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate),PU (polyurethane), PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol), polyolefins.
Controls • Four stages of the welding cycle with independent time and power settings • Measurements and displaying of the output power and the input power • Product counter • Working, setting and diagnostic mode • Safety switches (emergency stop and press up)
